My name is Michał Siewert – I am a physiotherapist and osteopath. In recent years, I have been seeing patients under the name Warszawski Osteopata (the Warsaw Osteopath). For years, I have been helping patients with temporomandibular joint problems and providing rehabilitation after orthopaedic and sports injuries.
Helping others gives me incredible satisfaction, and discovering the connections and relationships within the human body is, for me, like a real detective investigation. Hence the idea of going a step further and creating a place where I can support patients not on my own, but together with other specialists.

Before your first appointment, it is worth preparing a list of your complaints, past injuries and any medication you are currently taking. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely during the examination and therapy. It is also worth being ready to give detailed information about your lifestyle and any contraindications, which will allow for a precise diagnosis and effective therapy.
Osteopathy is a gentle, non-invasive method that can be used with patients of any age, from infants to older adults. Techniques are always tailored to the individual needs and capabilities of the patient, which ensures that therapy is safe and comfortable. This makes osteopathy an effective form of support in both treatment and prevention.
No – at our practice you can book an appointment without a referral from a doctor. However, if you have medical records or test results, it is worth bringing them to your consultation, as they can help the therapist make a more accurate diagnosis and plan effective therapy.
Osteopathic and physiotherapy treatment is usually painless and performed gently, although during or after a session you may feel slight muscle tension or tiredness. This is the body’s natural reaction to the healing process. Side effects are rare and usually mild, and the therapist always adapts the techniques to your needs and comfort.
Yes – osteopathic treatment complements other forms of treatment very well, such as rehabilitation, massage or pharmacological treatment. It is important to tell your therapist about all the therapies you are using, so that different methods can be combined safely and effectively and any contraindications can be avoided.
