I obtained my Master’s degree in physiotherapy from the Medical University of Łódź, and I also completed studies at Wyższa Szkoła Rehabilitacji (School of Rehabilitation) in Warsaw. I specialise in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation for adults, in particular the treatment of overuse syndromes of the spine and limbs, degenerative changes and acute injuries (joint sprains, muscle and ligament injuries), as well as preparation for surgery and post-operative rehabilitation. I also work with patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunctions such as bruxism or joint clicking.

In my work I use modern methods of manual therapy and functional training, based on numerous postgraduate courses in the treatment of craniocervical and temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, spinal manipulation, dry needling, medical acupuncture, the Cyriax concept, PNF and FDM, as well as the selection of orthopaedic insoles. My many years of experience as a baseball player and coach, and of working with competitive athletes, help me better understand injury mechanisms and the demands of returning to full function. This allows me to tailor the rehabilitation process precisely to the needs of both physically active people and patients who are less involved in sport day to day, aiming for a quick and lasting therapeutic effect.

What can I say? Michał is the man for the tough jobs. I come to him rarely, but regularly, and have done for several years – he gets me out of hopeless situations and long-standing injuries (sprained ankles, bruxism, wrist overload). And his cheerfulness and commitment stay at the same high level :)
